Who we are
We are a 100% Black female owned company, established in February 2025, in Johannesburg. We serve our clients with passion and strive for excellent results. We are a vibrant body in the construction, and our core mandate is to provide construction companies with trained and skilled labour. We train potential construction labourer, help them develop their credibility, help them find employment through our robust recruitment processes to construction companies who are subscribed to our data base.
We provide a database platform filled with registered construction companies and skilled labour, where both parties can find one another, interact, build relationships and work together.
Screening
Sourcing, screening and vetting processes involve rigorous assessments of skills, experience, and references to ensure that only qualified candidates are presented to construction companies. We only work with registered construction companies in South Africa and candidates may come from any part of South Africa.
Training
Training courses are tailored to industry standards and delivered by experienced professionals. Candidates who have taken and completed our training are enlisted in our database platform for current and future employment opportunities and are exposed to different construction companies.
Recruitment
Our recruitment services include candidate matching, CV preparations, interview scheduling, and onboarding support, streamlining the hiring process for construction companies. This service is for registered construction companies only. Construction companies in our database may requested and source labour from our platform for different projects and different companies.

After giving consent, the candidate should sign Form AA02, which an enrolment form. The candidate will be issued an invoice, and once it has been settled the candidate will now be enrolled for training. The candidate will choose the suitable dates to attend the courses.
